Please someone TELL Me what are a Parents Legal Rights?WHAT CAN A PARENT DO WHEN THEY'RE CHILDREN HAVE BEEN TAKEN BY CHILD PROTECTION SERVICES?BESIDES DOING WHATEVER THE ORDER ASKS AND THE PARENT'S HAD DONE NOTHING TO ENDANGER THE CHILD.THE CHILD PROTECTION WORKERS HAD TAKEN THE KIDS UNDER FALSE PRETENSE,AND THE PARENT'S HAS NO MONEY FOR AN ATTOURNEY,OTHER THAN THE PUBLIC DEFENDER THAT WORKS WITH THE COUNTY ATTOURNEY?? PLEASE SOMEONE HELP??
OR PLEASE HELP THESE CHILDREN WHO WANT TO RETURN WITH THEIR VERY CAPIABLE,LOVING PARENTS
CAN ANY ONE OFFER ANY ADVISE ON WHAT TO DO,TO HELP THIS MATTER,

I had that happen to me once, it was the most painful situation in my life. My children were finally returned but at great cost to us. We were struggling financially and it was crazy to say the least; all I can offer you is support and advice. Do as you are told to the absolute letter! Obey them to the tee! Be whereever you say you are going to be when you say you are going to be there, submit to whatever testing they order, make sure you are available for any and all family, and single couniling... try to remain as calm as possible. ( I know how so very hard that is too!) Try hard to to REACT! God bless,

Wendym, I wish I could be of help, but your question is beyond the scope of this forum. I did do a Google search of "parental rights" and found a number of organizations addressing the issue (some serving as parent advocates), including ParentsRights.org. Here's the first Google page of results from that search. Good luck with your research,
