I have a xanga account that I cant remember the name to. But when I mentioned cyber sex I recieved so many messages that it was not even funny. Lucky I notified to proper athorities. These people were actually people in my school taht wanted to have real sex so I hope that you do get him shut down. It was fun for a while, to know these people and have them sent into juvie for a while because they deserved it.

I am defending him. You know why? Because you didn't bother to read his blog before going crazy. He said he would never think about molesting a child, about hitting on one. They are fantasies, like any other paraphilia. Pedophilia. MEANING. he is attracted to children. it's a fetish.

He is openly saying he's a pedophile. So there should be no problem there. If your children visit his page. They can read, they can see he is a pedophile.

A website not allowing a pedophile would be discriminatory. Not allowing someone at a website because of a PARAPHILIA is stupid. It's the internet, okay? should people 'like him' be banished off the internet for life?

first of all fuzzybutton, I can not believe you are defending a pedophile. Do you have children of your own? I do. I have three children of my own, ages 15 (boy), 13 (girl), and 10 (boy) and all of whom have their own Xangas.

Secondly have you ever watched "NBC's Dateline To Catch A Predator" where they have people go online and pose as minors and get pedophiles to come to a location thinking they are about to have sex with that minor? Well, this pedophile, Rookiee, on Xanga believes he is not doing anything wrong or even illegal because he believes in "children's rights." That is, he will not approach a child to have sex with them. However if the child approaches him to have sex then he is more than willing. Sorry but in the eyes of the law in most states doesn't matter if the minor is consenting ot not... it is illegal to have sex with a minor. And on "NBC's Dateline To Catch A Predator" those pedophiles never even had sex with the minor... but were arrested anyway on felony charges because in the state that they were in, Georgia, it is illegal to even go online and make plans to have sex with a minor as those pedophiles did. And I'm not even sure how many other states are like Georgia with such stiff laws concerning sexual conduct with minors.

Now with all that said, how can ANY website even allow such a self proclaimed pedophile have an account with them? There is such a potential of that self proclaimed pedophile getting their hands on a minor... and to me... and a lot of other states... it doesn't matter if that minor is consentual or not!

So I ask you once again how in the world can you defend a pedophile? All for his "right" to his "sexual preferance?!" We are NOT talking about the homosexuals fighting for the same rights as heterosexuals in this country! I am Bi-Sexual and a Christian Wiccan/Christian Witch and I grew up in an extremely racist family and fought my way out of such hatred and hypocrisy, so spare me the jargen about rights. We are talking about Individuals who pride themselves on having sex with children! My gosh what is this world coming to when pedophiles have "rights?!?!"

If the pedophile hasn't assulted any children, nothing you can do. If there are no accounts of him ever molesting children, or being in posession of child pornography, you can't get the blog shut down unless a load of people complain.

Now, unto the logicality of this issue. Can you really punish someone for their thoughts or sexual preference? Goodness. I understand it makes you extremely uncomfortable that he is attracted to children. But, as he said on his Xanga, he would never hit on one, or molest one. There is a difference between a pedophile and a child molester. He is simply attracted to children. As creepy as it may be, he is breaking no laws.

You are bisexual, according to your blog, right? Or support them. whatever, anyway. If I said Gay people, Bisexual people, all of them.. they are digusting, perverted, and are going to hell, what would you tell me? You would either freak out on me and call me a homophobe, ask for my reasoning, accept that as my opinion, or try to change it. Now, understand I fully support bisexuals, homosexuals, yes, I do. I just used that as an example. The point? Same concept.

I don't support what he is thinking, but I do support his right to think freely. He is ATTRACTED to children, for goodness sake. He's not molesting them, not looking at child porn, nothing like that, okay?
