After reporting, several times, abuse to the Hi5 Administration, and realizing that nothing will be done, I wonder what can I do to take those photos from the web. Who can I tell about these things that will actually do something?

Ze, when you reported to Hi5, did you give them the page URLs of the page(s) containing the photos? You probably did, but just to be sure.... They can't do anything without specific information. If you'd like to email all the info (getting as specific as possible) to admin@blogsafety.com, we'll pass it along to our contact at Hi5. Demexii is right that it's very hard to control digital content after it has been emailed, IM'd, posted, or otherwise sent electronically, but we can try....

Realistically? Not very much, if anything. If the admin does nothing there is very little you can actually do to get them down. I am not a lawyer, and you might be able to complain about privacy to the police, but I doubt that will really go anywhere unless it is truly a risk.
What I would do is write up a Cease-and-desist letter to their ISP saying they are using your images without your permission and you wish them to take it down. But legally you can only do that if you own the pictures (as in actually took them). If not that would be illegal.
