Hi everyone, Recently, I was tensed to see my kid visiting the sites that he shouldn’t have. I do know that there are certain parental control software that can act as good watchdogs, but I need a one that can help me to view the things that my kid is doing at home. Its good to have a look at whats going on….if he is really accessing those sites or they are just by chance….!!!
Please do tell me if you have a solution to this…its really getting on my nerves!!!

Hi Cornelius - I recommend a web safety application that sends a text message alert to your cell phone and a detailed email to your computer whenever a dangerous or inappropriate event happens on either your child's computer or cell phone. Hi Serg_verb, It was probably thought to be spam (we get A LOT of it in this thread), especially if there wasn't much info besides a product mention and link. What do you like about TrafficWasher?

I also use LoginTrap.It’s prog can capture every login events by using iSight.Try.

I'm using "studyB4" for my 9 years old son, as my parental control software for 2 months now, and I really like it - it's something else than all other parental control software out there.

There are so many parental control services are available.. you can search I have recently found http://www.kidsemail.org/ I like its features of filtering spam mails, providing safety environment to my kids.. |

I know Porn Filter is also a parental control software for mac.It can block the site you don't want your kids to see.The more features: email blocking,time limits,program blocking,usage reporting , Instant alerts and so on,I can not remember more detail clearly.  |

I have been very happy with a product called Spector Pro. If you need remote access the same company has a product for that called eBlaster. Hello Cornelius!
We've just installed Sentry Parental Controls at home and so far so good. They send me a text message when my daughter is accessing dodgy sites and also allows me to see exactly what she has been accessing on the internet - i can also see her conversations in chat rooms. It was only about £50 but there is a 15 day free trial available through their website (just google sentry parental controls!)
