A group of programmers and entrepreneurs are working together to create an online application that will help secure children, women and others who wish to participate in social networks but wish to do so safely without the risk of random obscene propositions.

Our goal is to, first, secure the profile to the highest degree possible of the specific site settings and, second, introduce interactive elements that create accountibility online and allow unmistakable identification of repeat predators.

After a signficant amount of money and time invested we've already created an application with basic functionality for myspace. However, we need to get in touch with well known activists and others in the community who can guide the organization.

As parents, we're very familiar with the need, but not familiar with the network of activists already volunteering in this regard.
