Bebo fake accounts

does anyone know if bebo is allowed to delete fake accounts and how do i ask them to do it ?
someone has created a fake account of me and is sending nasty, lies about me and i have written to evryone but they are saying that my account is fake but it isnt.
please help because they are pretending to be me!
