Hi, everyone. MySpace just sent us a list of the best Customer Care addresses to use, along with a little advice....
First, our contact said that getting help quickly depends a lot on using the correct address (it eliminates a layer). He wrote, "I can’t stress enough that attempting to report an issue to the inappropriate address, hoping one might have less traffic than another or might be more closely monitored, will only result in delaying a response and resolution. Feel free to post this list for your users. If they use these correctly, they'll have the inside track on reporting to customercare@myspace.com because it’s simply one less step...."

When I tried using any of the posted email addresses, both of My email accounts returned the message. It said that the email addresses were not correct. I was wondering if there was any updated addresses or if they might possibly just not work anymore?

Hey nicole17 and Jamey, I had to delete a profile before (long story, but I do have a new one!), and this is the best way to do it. Log into your profile, take off all the code and the pictures, and put "REMOVE PROFILE" in the About Me section. Then, email help@support.myspace.com, and tell them "I want my account deleted. I already put REMOVE PROFILE on my About Me section." Then, you should get an email back from them saying they removed your profile. That's basically what I had to do, and they deleted my profile for me right away. I think all you have to do is be straight forward about what you want, and then they'll help you. Hope that helps!  |

Welcome Jamey, When did you report the profile? (MySpace customer service typically needs at least a week to investigate.)

I want my profile removed. I have contacted myspace several times and they wont respond. This is causing a major problem in my marriage. I can get no response. Does anyone know of a phone number I can call to get this taken care of? Like I said, myspace will not return my emails. I need help with this.

hi, i am angel alarcon's mother she is 14 but meeting older men online , and i would like to delete my daughter's account but we don't have the old email address anymore so we can't delete it, so we contacted my space and they said that if we remove everything ,like friends and about me and stuff and we type in PLEASE REMOVE then they will cancel her account so can u please cancel my daughters account? her sign in is carebear_2605@sbcglobal.net and please her date of birth is 2/23/94 and she will try to use another birthday

Hi nunu22, You'll need to contact MySpace to delete your daughter's account. Email them at parentcare@myspace.com, and if you don't hear back in about a week (MySpace gets a lot of reports, and must check out each one), please let us know.

Just to let you know these new contact numbers seem to work much better than going through the main site. I have resolved 1 underage and 1 Cyberbully issue with them already. Thank You so much.
