Firesheep makes it easy to get control of your Facebook account

Over the last week, there's been some coverage of the fact that using Wi-Fi connections that don't use encryption (those that don't require a password) will allow others to get access to your Facebook account. This really applies to just about any website that doesn't use https: (SSL) for all of its pages.
What's new is that there's now a package called fireSheep that makes it really easy for someone who's using the same Wi-Fi access point to get onto your Facebook or Twitter account and start using it as if s/he were you.
Two things to do: stop using Wi-Fi that doesn't require a password; tell Facebook you want to get secure (https) access.
