Hi, I am Adriane from France I have some problems with my hi 5 account. After I made some changes at section college, it appeared to my page an error like this:"Oops! We were unable to fulfill your request. Sorry for the inconvenience, but we experienced an error fulfilling your request. Go back to Home or click on the Back button of your browser to go back to the page you came from." Every time I try to enter on my hi 5 page it give me that message.I'am afraid that my account will not be available. Anybody can help me, please, because I dont want to loose my hi 5 account , because I have many stafs on this one. Thank you very much, Adriane

Thanks Anne. If she says that is the best contact, then you can pretty much count on it. I have tried everything I can with my own Hi5 account to get this problem to come up, and again I am at a loss. It still may be a server problem. But I would use the contact that Anne posted and get this to them soon. The faster you get it to them the better chance you may have of not loosing any information you have on your profile. Actually, here's the best "Contact Us" info directly from Hi5, when members have problems like Adriane's:
Don't use “Contact Us” for help. The best, quickest method to reach Help is by clicking on the “Help” link at the top right side of any Hi5 page. The Contact Us page is for corporate contacts (press, advertising). They say members still use, but they tend to get delayed in the shuffle. Members can also send email directly to support@hi5.com. Good luck, everyone!

Hi, And you're welcome. I can't say for sure, but I did locate your profile. However I get the same error msg when I try to look at the profile. It almost looks like the profile has been deleted, but it still locates you in the system. You may have to make a new profile. But before doing that I would use the Contact Us link at the bottom of any of the Hi5 pages. Once you click that link it gives you several options including problems with your account. Also the information that Anne has forwarded to them may resolve the problem. I have to be honest. I have not seen this problem before. I will keep digging, but for the moment I am at a loss. But just so you know the system is not letting anyone else see your profile. If you do use the Contact Us link for Hi5 I am not really sure how long it may take them to resolve this or even get back to you. As I said I will keep digging, but I have not seen this happen before. Good luck, and if you get any other information that could help please post it. Terry

The only page that I can visualise is that who contains the informations about my account, but when I try to go to my profile or anythingelse it appeares to me that message. I cant't really help without seeing the profile. It could be as simple as the server had a problem that day. There are times when hi5 and MySpace (much worse) are working on new programs and do not let users know. If that is the case it should only last a day maybe two at the most. If you try it again, try to copy and save the exact error that it gives you, then paste that error here. Maybe I can find the problem then. Terry
