Can u please help me with my hi5 account??
I have forgotten my password and have "pressed" the button forward my password to send me my password to my e-mail
Although it says that it will be e-mailed nothing comes to my account. So i can not log in.
The e-mail i use is natasha1610@hotmail.com and i have asked them if they have a problem to send to an alternative e-mail: natashak@otenet.gr
How can i find my password???
Please help me

Hi Ann, im memeber of hi5, and just want to tell u something about new message system in hi5. The new message system is really cunfusing, i recive so many messages each day and my total message are 739, i cant even read them and they are not for me most of them are forwarded, and its so hard to find out which message is for you, the old system was really good, i dont like this system and i am sure most of the member of hi5 dont like this. I dont think everyone has that much time to read all the forward messages its just useless, so I request if you can change the new setting to old one. this is my email ID virpalsidhuvirpal@yahoo.ca if you want to tell me anyting you can email me. and I am sorry for using any slag word. Thank you.

Isabeau, for help on a question like that, pls go to Hi5's help page and search for an answer to your question in the FAQ. If the answer's not there, click on "Submit a Question" at the top and ask Hi5's Help staff directly. We can't help with questions like this unless a Hi5 account holder here in the forum can.
