Welcome Roxy33, You'll need to report the fake to Hi5. Click on the fake profile's main picture and click on the Report Abuse link. If you don't hear back from Hi5 within about a week, let us know. (We need you to go through the proper channels before we forward your message to our contact.)

Please, people, take note: We can't help with stolen pics or imposter profiles until you report the problem to the company and give them at least a week to respond. Almost all social networking sites have simple procedures for reporting abuse (check out the site's FAQ or Help page for specifics). In Hi5, click the Report Abuse link or email help@hi5.com.

Eufracia, Hi5 and the profile's owner are the only ones who can make changes to the account. Have you reported the profile to Hi5? (If not, do so by clicking the "Report Abuse" link on the profile.)

Welcome razvie, I’m sorry to hear this. Did you report the fake profile to Hi5? If not, do so now by clicking on the "Report Abuse" link on the profile. Choose "Other" and "The owner copied my photos or is impersonating…".
