Hello to me the same thing happens this say to send instructions to mail something that never arrives please try to ayudarno because it does not have the hi5 restrinjido

Hi Jodzz,

You can email Hi5's customer service at help@hi5.com and ask them to unlock the restricted account. Once the account is active again you'll be able to log in with your old email address. Hi5 will follow up with instructions on how to change the email and password.

Hi...My name is Jodie Lubin.A few years ago i open a hi5 account under a hotmail address(sexyjodie_6@hotmail.com) which was the email address that i used at the time.Then a couple of months after i forgot the password for that address so i created a new email address(divaluvin_qt@hotmail.com) and then i created a hi5 account for that address but then a deleted it because i realized i could still use my previous address withour the hotmail password.But now everytime i try to sign unto my hi5 account using sexyjodie_6@hotmail.com), this message comes up

And I can not sign in to that account because i forgot the password a long time ago.Hotmail password that is.Anyways this is really causing an incovenience for me.So i was wondering how could this problem be resolved.So please contact me as soon as you can.And if yu need any more information I will be more that happy to provide you with it.

I have a big issue with hi5. I used to have over 2000 people on my friends list and I deleted everyone months ago. now, somehow, they are being added back to my account and I need to know who is doing that or what is causing it. even people I blocked are being added to it so please help me find the answer, this is causing a lot of problems in my personal life, but I have history in this site and I dont wanna go drastic and cancel it. please help me
