HI I REALLY DONT KNOW HOW TO REPORT HI5 ABUSE. SOMEONE STOLE PRIVATE PICTURE FROM A MEMBER OF MY FAMILY AND HE HAS BEEN POSTING THEM IN A HI5 ACOUNT HE CREATED JUST WITH THAT PURPOSE. THE ACCOUNT IS UNDER THE NAME OF marcelacalderon69@hotmail.com I NEED THIS ACCOUNT TO BE CANCELED BUT I DONT KNOW HOW TO DO IT I REALLY NEED THIS TO BE DONE PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME.

Hi,
I have deleted my hi5 account a long time ago, but lately i have notices that my account is still visible. i tried logging in with my old email address however it says that no member is registered with that email. what can i do? i really really want to remove all pictures and information about me.

To report the account, click on the main profile photo and select "Report".

Welcome marioguaman, Your friend will need to submit a report to Hi5. (We need her to try the proper channels first before we forward a message to our contact.) Click on the fake account's main profile photo (she doesn't need to be an Hi5 user to make a report) and select the "Report Abuse" link. Give Hi5 about a week to respond. If you don't hear back by then, please let us know.

Hi Mizz Shorty, I'm so sorry to hear this. Hi5 has some new procedures for reporting abuse. The easiest way to submit a report is to click on the profile photo and select the Report Abuse link. Fill out the form and give Hi5 about a week to respond. If you don't hear back, let us know.
