hi
since two days that i cant log into my hi5 acount
i dont know why
i've tryed to log with firefox, IE6 and opera but it was the same
when i try to log into hi5 it gives me the folowing message:
-error, your user name orpassword are incorrect
i've tryed to use the function "forget your password"
but it appears another error ( i've tryed in 5 diferent computers)
can someone please help me?
(i am portugues,so i can have a few mistakes in the post)

hi i cant not log into my hit 5 account. it sends me to a strange page saying site under construction but i still get notification from hi5 when some one posts a comment on my page are anything else.
so seems like its only under construction for me. am i doing anything wrong? help thanks

hi its been quite long time that i haven't touch the mail or the hi5 but now i dont understand that i cant open my account at all even though i type the same old hi5 account and password but still dosent work... so accounrding to this reason could you plz help ... that would be soo nice

Tambem já enviei um mail para Hi5 a dizer que não conseguia fazer o Login e que o atalho de "recuperar a password" ou "esqueci a password" não funciona, pedem desculpa mas não é posseivle.... responderam a pediram desculpa e tal e que quando fosse possivel verificavam o problema...Mas enfim até hoje, talvez há mais de um mês que estou à espera!

Peça para o ajudarem, tal como o Gonkaro disse o melhor é fazer um post aqui, mas em Ingles. =P Pelo que vejo, parece que o problema só afecta a rede portuguesa, já que só vejo portugueses a queixarem-se... o_O Eu estou a ver se me resolvem o problema, tanto da parte do Hi5, como de users deste forum que possam ajudar. Gonkaro e exitritual. Unhappily I have the same problem, I don't get to do the login and much less to cancel my acount. this already happens has more than one month and the help desk of the hi5 didn't help. PLEASE HELP ME PS. se falarem em Português melhor  |
