HI5 Message ERROR , please i need help

hi,

when i'm trying to connect to my profile i have this message. i did not clik to the link because i don't know if it is a virus spam or hackers
How can i do to access to my profile, i send to hi5 support an email few weeks ago but they don't answer me, please help me

this is the hi5 messge error

Access to your account has been temporarily restricted because your account may be at risk for unauthorized use. You will need to provide us with a new password before you can log in to hi5.

To change your password and secure your account, please click here. By clicking the link you will be sent an email at xxxxxx@hotmail.com that will provide instructions on changing your password. In case you no longer use that email id, please contact Customer Support directly.
