Hi everyone, This forum's moderators usually can't help with tech issues because this site is about people's safety on the social Web. But lately we've been getting a ton of emails and posts about suddenly restricted Hi5 accounts, so we asked our contact at Hi5 for advice to pass on to you.

He says members can email customer service at help@hi5.com and ask them to unlock the restricted account. Once the account is active again you can log in with your old email address. Hi5 will follow up with instructions on how to change the email and password.

Good luck,

Maureen

Hi Alina, Your Scrapbook is public and linked to your profile, and anyone on hi5 can add a comment to it.

To delete an entry, click "My Profile" from the top of any hi5 page and scroll to the Scrapbook section at the top of the page. Click the "View" link to see your previous scraps, and then click "Delete" next to the entry you want to remove.

Hope this helps,
