How can-I send or reply to hi5 messages ?

Dear Sirs,
I am a member of hi5 since 8 months. Three weeks ago, I have notice a dysfunction. I can not any more send messages to my friends, in the mean while I am still receiving messages from them... What happened in my profiles? I don't thing I had changed it... And being a man of God, I did not put any forbiden picture in my profile. I already sent messages to hi5 support service but they use to give me automatic answers which did not resolve problem... What can I do to send again messages as in the former time?
