Just launched days back and such you cant really see any affected users whom submit their stories yet. Any affected users are welcomed to submit their stories. Thanks for the link. Indeed a good articles with new info such as the dot communication among student to beat the system, etc.
Well, at the moment all submission to our website comes with an option for users/readers to "flag" (report spam) submissions. Indeed this might not be enaugh and we are always looking for ways to further improve the system.
We do see the problem of non-genuine reports which might abuse the system as being faced by others. However, we believe it would be a small percentage which we are still intend to overcome.

Welcome, Ben: How will you avoid people abusing your site? All the social networks (even kid virtual worlds) are grappling with how to prevent abusive abuse reports.
BTW, a similar service (facing the same problem) is SchoolTipline.com, which is being used by dozens of schools in several states. (Read more about it here.)
