myyearbook

I am new here and not sure this is where this should be posted but, I will give it a try and see what happens. I have a facebbok, myspace and a myyearbook account. They are all for different reasons and fun/interesting in their own way. I do Myspace to see pictures of my granddaughter that lives in another state. Facebook is for ex-classmates and I thought I would join myyearbook to make new friends but I have discovered that it is mainly people just looking for sex. I was wondering who to contact or what to do because I believe that MYYEARBOOK is dangerous. There are kids as young as 12 on there talking about their sex lives in explicit detail. It is a predators paradise and I have tried to nicely talk to some of the children on here and they are mean, nasty, rude, disrespectful.....pretty much I was told in no uncertain terms that it is a teen site made by teens for teens but they are prostituting themselves out on the site and it is inviting trouble. I have on several occasions seen kids giving out there phone numbers and email addresses on public forums where anyone could get the information. Anybody have any doubts about what I am saying just go get you an account and go read the post in the forums, it wont take you long to understand. I really want to start something along the lines of adults against myyearbook but have no idea were to start. Any suggestions? I have not seen this behaviour at myspace or facebook,

Welcome, BCulwell, MyYearbook requires its users to be at least 13 AND a freshman in high school. (The site's Terms are here.) If you find a Terms violation (which includes harassing or vulgar behavior, or anything that can be harmful to a minor), click the "Report Abuse" link or email violations@myyearbook.com. And I'm sorry, but not surprised, that the kids got nasty when you questioned their interactions. (Some kids - and adults - have trouble understanding that real human beings complete with feelings are behind those screen names and avatars.)
