i give up i cant do anything.

Someone has creat a fake profile he copied my nickname and my photos and i report him about 30 times but nothing happened please help me because everyone think that its me.

My real account was cancelled too and i don`t know how could i reactivate it, i don`t understand why it was closed if everything was ok with it, the photos were mine and they followed all the rules.

Hi, Kitty: Do you mean your real account has been closed? If so, report the problem to help@Hi5.com. If you don't receive a response from Hi5 by Sept. 19, please let us know.

Yeah thanks alot i will. But i have a problem here its like someone reported me and i cant do anything for a week now,i dont know why i got banned ,,,i didnt steal pictures or anything,,i just want to know why profile is being banned for a weak ??? ..thank you and sorry for bothering.!

Hi, KittyEmo0, I'm sorry to hear this - unfortunately there's no way for Hi5 to prevent a determined harasser from creating a new account as soon as the old one is cancelled. Submit a new report, and let us know if you don't hear back in a week.
