Hi, I need help, it has happened to me and to other friends at a Hi5 group and we are sure it's the same person but we don't even know him or her; this person has cloned other's profile as well as my own and he/she always uses terribly bad language in the community. He/she uses sexual explicit expressions and seems to have planty of time to post every day and to steal our identities...

We just can't stand him/her.

Is there any authority in Hi5 to whom we may ask for help, I've been looking for, and found no one. The group's owner doesn't answer and actually I don't think she cares at all.
