Some one stole my pictures from hi5 and made a false profile!

Hi my name is Carolina iam from Dominican Republic. My problem is that iam a member of hi5 from long time ago and last week i noticed that someone had made a profile with my pictures but with the name of Leticia. I reported the abuse to hi5 like 20 times and also my friend did it but hi5 hasnt done anything on regards to that because the false profile is still aviable and iam very upset about it. I feel like if i has not protection there because anyone could take my photos and do whatever they want with them including send messages or comment with my pictures but with a different name.

I dont know what to do if i have already reported to the custumer care team and it was like 10 days before and they havent done anything yet. They send me and automatic reply saying that they would investigate that but how long it takes?

Please if some one can help me!!! Here is my real profile on hi5: http://carolinacanaan.hi5.com
And here is the false profile: http://miale1980.hi5.com

Thanks!
Carolina.

It is extremely unfortunate what happened to you. My :-x goes out to you.

As how long it takes for them to resolve this matter....I am surprisedthat it only took them 10 days to give you any answer at all.

I would give them at least thirty days to work on this case.

After thirty days, I would contact them again, this time however, I would demand to speak to a supervisor. Once I got the suporvisor, I would once again explain what happened. I would also explain the steps I had taken up to this point, and explain the positive results that have occured, then why I wasn't satisfied with these results. I would also explain what steps I want to see taken to resolve the situation.

I would tell the suporvisor that I would be willing to grant a 30 grace period in which time you would allow this suporvisor to initiate action to resolve this matter to your satisfaction.

If you did not get satisfaction by the end of that 30 days, you would be left no other alternative than to persue legal action against the parent company for unspecified damages.

The thought of legal action can cause more action than actually persuing that option.

I hope I have been of some help anyway.

Good Luck my friend, keep in touch, ok?
