Someone is using my daughters pictures

is using my daughters pictures withouth my permission, I have reported the abuse so many times that it`s not funny anymore. I tried to contact hi5 by phone but of course no luck with that. I am seriously thinking of contacting THE police IF no one will take any measures soon.
This are are the links where the pictures are posted, and in case you can help me and need some identification proof TO see that I am the only legal guardian of the little girl please let me know, you have my e-mail address. Thank you
