Hello to all, I can't seem to be able to log in in my Hi5 account. I emptied the cache in all my browsers, in fact, I have reset a few too. I have tried logging in with Firefox, Safari, Opera and I.E. (all in their latest versions). No one has accessed my account and altered my password either. HI5 support team is only able to copy-paste the info you can find under the general F.A.Q., when replying to my emails. Can anyone help? i also have the same problem each time i try to login i get an error it says that the username or password are incorrect but it isnt. Pool, thanks for your reply. I'm really not worried about my Hi5 account, as it doesn't add anything particularly useful to my life. However, I do find *very* annoying not being able to have control over said account. I can't also imagine how changes in the website can affect the ability to log in - in this case by not accepting a person's password- especially if it only affects a few members. I find it odd and I do think it is amazing, on how that can happen in a website of a not really small magnitude and traffic.
I also have to add that my account is in that state for months now... only I wasn't too worried about it, thinking they would solve the issue sooner or later. Since they obviously can't, I contacted the help team a few times, and I'm hoping this time they, or whoever might be in charge of the coding will solve the problem. I know a few members on here had that problem and looks like it was solved only when (probably influent) members on this website got in contact with Hi5 about it...

Hey hi5 does that sometime,i had the same problem a while back.I think it was twice,but dont worry.Sometime they changing a few things.Any just reply back if it does not work.Chow.

Thank you so much!! That would be awesome =] The latest response I got from Hi5 was that they're "trying" to solve the issue, but i'm not really holding my breath. ;P
